For any Thunderer branded product purchased through an online retailer, a tire claim must go back to the original selling dealer. The online retailer where the Thunderer branded product was purchased would need to facilitate the claim with that authorized dealer on the consumer’s behalf.

WALMART PURCHASES: If you purchased your Thunderertireusa from Walmart or Walmart.com, all tire claims MUST go back to the tire dealer that sold the tires to Walmart. Request Walmart to facilitate a Return Goods Authorization process with the selling tire dealer. Your Walmart sales order number will be used to trace back to the selling dealer who will honor the protection policy on behalf of Thunderertireusa branded product.
